Refund & Return Policy

At Amare Vella, we take pride in the quality and presentation of every product. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition
• All original packaging, labels, accessories, and protective materials must be included
• Proof of purchase is required
• The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, use, damage, alteration, or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Amare Vella cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.

Returns must first be approved before being shipped. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

• the item is damaged
• the item is defective
• you received the wrong product

In such cases, we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Gift cards or digital products
• Products marked as final sale, where permitted by applicable law
• Items returned in used, damaged, or altered condition

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain accessories or personal-use items may also be excluded from return eligibility where legally permitted.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase (if eligible) and placing a new order separately.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day withdrawal period.

Returned items must still meet the return conditions stated above and be sent back in original condition.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
