Once your order is processed (1–3 business days), domestic shipping in Australia usually takes 2–7 business days. International orders may take 7–21 business days, depending on customs.

Yes. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange (in unused condition). Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

If your eyewear arrives with defects or is damaged in transit, contact us immediately. We will assess and offer a full replacement or repair no extra cost to you.
