If you haven't received your order confirmation email, please note that sometimes it may be automatically linked to the email associated with your default payment method.

You have 10 minutes to change your email after completing the purchase. After that, please check your spam folder.

Requesting a cancellation is not always possible. By completing your purchase, you agree to our terms of use. Also, once you have placed your order and been charged, we cannot modify the details on our end after the first 30 minutes.

If you need to cancel or change something urgently, please contact us as soon as possible:

Include your order number and the change you'd like to make. If the order has already been processed by our warehouse, you'll need to return it once delivered.

There are two main reasons why you may not have received your order:

1. If the order cannot be delivered and is being returned to the sender, you will receive an email with the reason from the carrier.
2. The carrier marked the parcel as delivered but it hasn't reached you yet. In most cases the parcel arrives within 24–48 hours of the scan.

Before contacting us, please check with neighbors and your building's reception, and look around the delivery address.

Include your order number, the delivery address, and the last tracking update. We'll work with the carrier to locate the parcel or process a replacement.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can update the shipping address by contacting us within 30 minutes of placing the order. Include your order number and the new full address.

Once the order has shipped, the address is locked on our side. The carrier may allow rerouting through their tracking portal, but it's not guaranteed and may incur a fee.

Orders placed before noon CET ship the same business day.

Approximate delivery times once dispatched:

• EU: 2 to 4 business days
• UK: 3 to 5 business days
• US & Canada: 4 to 7 business days
• Rest of world: 7 to 14 business days

These windows are estimates from the carrier. Public holidays and customs clearance can extend them by a day or two.

Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. At checkout you'll see the available carriers and estimated delivery windows for your destination.

For destinations outside the EU, duties and taxes may apply depending on local customs rules. We display the estimated amount at checkout for major markets so there are no surprises on delivery.

If a country isn't appearing at checkout, please reach out — we may be able to enable it manually.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the chosen carrier.

Free standard shipping is automatically applied above the following thresholds:

• EU: €120
• UK: £100
• US: $150

Express options remain charged regardless of order value.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unwashed, unworn, and still has its original tags attached.

The first return on every order is free — we send a prepaid label by email. Additional returns from the same order are billed at our shipping cost, deducted from your refund.

Final-sale items (clearly marked at checkout) are not eligible for return.

To start a return, sign in to your account and open the order you want to return:

1. Select the item(s) you'd like to return and the reason.
2. Confirm — we'll email you a prepaid label within an hour.
3. Drop the parcel at any pickup point of the chosen carrier.

Once the carrier scans your parcel, we'll begin processing the refund.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse and passes quality check, refunds are issued within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3 to 10 business days to display the refund on your statement — this part is outside our control.

If 14 business days have passed since the carrier confirmed delivery to us and you haven't received the refund, please contact us with the return tracking number.

We don't currently process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the right size or color is:

1. Place a new order for the item you'd like instead.
2. Start a return for the original item — we'll refund you as soon as it arrives.

This way you get the new piece quickly without waiting for the return to be processed.

The fastest way to track your order is the tracking link in the shipment confirmation email we sent when your parcel left our warehouse.

You can also track it from your account:

Allow up to 48 hours after the shipment confirmation for the carrier to register the first scan. After that, the tracking page is updated in real time as the parcel moves through the network.

We can't add items to an order that's already been placed — our system locks the contents at checkout to keep dispatch fast.

If you place a second order on the same day and let us know, we can refund the shipping cost on the second one so you're not charged twice for delivery.

• Outerwear & knits — we recommend the larger size, so layering remains comfortable.
• Tailoring & shirting — we recommend the smaller size for a sharper line.
• T-shirts & sweats — depends on the silhouette you're after; the product description on each page calls out the intended fit.

Each product page has a "Size guide" link right under the size selector. It opens a panel with the exact measurements for that piece in centimeters and inches, plus general body-measurement tips.

If you'd like personalized advice, send us a message with your usual size in another brand and we'll point you to the right fit.

Our loyalty program is free to join from your account. You earn 1 point per €1 spent, plus bonus points for birthdays, reviews, and referrals.

Three tiers, with perks that compound:

We work with a small set of family-run workshops, each chosen for a specific craft:

• Tailoring — cut and sewn in a single atelier outside Porto, Portugal.
• Knitwear — made in Northern Italy on machines the workshop has been refining since the 1970s.
• Leather goods — produced in a four-generation workshop in Tuscany.
• T-shirts & sweats — knitted and dyed in Porto from organic Portuguese cotton.
