Changed your mind? You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to send it back.

How to return an item

1. Email info@amarevella.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We will confirm and send you the return details.
2. Pack the item securely. Original packaging is required.
3. Send it to our returns address below. Keep your proof of postage.

You do not need our approval to return an item. Letting us know first simply means we can match your parcel to your order faster and refund you sooner.

Return shipping costs

You cover the cost of sending an item back to us.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, we cover the return cost. Email us with your order number and a photo and we will arrange it.

Your refund

Once we receive your return, we refund you within 14 days to your original payment method. This includes the standard delivery cost you paid for the original order.

If you chose express delivery, we refund the standard delivery rate. Where standard delivery was free, there is no delivery cost to refund.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, the money can take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

Condition of returned items

You are welcome to try items on as you would in a shop. If an item comes back showing wear beyond that — worn outside, washed, altered, scented or damaged — we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you want. This is usually faster than an exchange would be.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something is wrong with your order, email info@amarevella.com with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund you in full, and we cover the return shipping. Your statutory warranty rights are unaffected.

Your statutory right of withdrawal
